Stephanie has more than 10 years of working experience in healthcare and research projects, with a focus on major acute hospital developments across Australia and Asia. She brings expertise spanning medical planning, architecture and interior design enabling her to navigate complex project requirements and elicit comprehensive and innovative solutions for diverse stakeholders.

She has been actively involved in all aspects of creative process from master-planning, conceptualization and continue through design development. Her responsibilities also include leadership of design teams within the studio and stakeholder engagement at both strategic level and in detailed resolution. With the passion for creating innovative healing environment that combines efficiency and functionality, she knows how to create the best solutions that aligns with stakeholders’ ambitions and resonates with the users of the facilities. Her innovative approach creates a client-centric, collaborative environment for the entire team.

Stephanie joined B+H Hong Kong in 2017 as director of Healthcare, Asia, overseeing projects and portfolios across the region. Since 2019, Stephanie has taken over the role as Managing Principal, Hong Kong and will be responsible for the strategic direction and overall performance/operations of B+H’s practice in Hong Kong.
