Michelle Ganfolf

Michelle’s research has influenced business decisions for decades. She is versed in both qualitative and quantitative research with physicians, consumers, patients, employees and other stakeholders. She provides marketing insight on strategic initiatives through concept testing, brand and positioning research, advertising tracking, and image and awareness studies and international research, among others.

Michelle consults for several internal areas, such as Operations, Patient Experience, Design, Market & Network Services, Finance and the Strategy Office. She also serves on multiple committees within the Cleveland Clinic and was the Co-Chair of Women in Search of Excellence for nearly a decade, which strives to provide opportunities for growth for female caregivers/employees.

She has been on boards at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU), Ursuline College, been included on panels for students at Cleveland State University, CWRU and has mentored students in the Edge Fellows Summer Intern Program. She currently mentors business analytics students at CWRU.

Michelle has done consulting work for both Opera Cleveland and the Cleveland International Piano Competition.

Michelle has worked in Market Research at Cleveland Clinic for 25 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Quantitative Business Analysis, a master’s degree in Consumer/Industrial Research and is a professionally trained, RIVA-certified moderator.

Michelle resides in Brunswick Ohio, she has two teenage daughters, one attending the University of Cincinnati.
